Pregnancy Yoga

We offer wonderful yoga classes you can enjoy during your pregnancy. Your body changes every week and it’s very good for both your mind and body, to give ninety minutes of full attention to where you are this week. It’s important to stay healthy during pregnancy and also to learn ways to let go of stress and tension. In our classes we’ll spend time on staying strong and you’ll prepare for being a relaxed and caring mother to your baby. For over ten years we’ve offered this healthy workout to new-to-be mothers and experienced mothers who’ve had a baby before. Coming together during pregnancy is a very nice way to share experience and find answers to questions about preparing for the first months after birth.

Can you join class with lower back of pelvic pains? Yes, absolutely! We have years of experience and we can help you relieve symptoms. You will enjoy your day-to-day pregnancy a lot more without (or with much less) pain. Talk to your teacher about it before class starts, or let us know when you apply for your first class.

To prepare for the day or night of birth, we’ll pay attention to breathing exercises that can support your delivery. We’ll do several exercises you can do with your partner to un-stress during and in between contractions. You can ask all you questions about tiredness, tensions, pains and healthy posture during pregnancy. And of course we also like to hear all the fun stories!
For these classes you can buy a class pass for ten classes. Whenever you’re too tired you can decide to skip a class and take some time for yourself at home. If you have any classes left after birth, you can use the rest of the card for our mum&baby classes or for regular classes later on.
